The people working there are nice and keep it mostly clean,but Ive found this to be a rather small theatre, size and value. this cinama is ok, they are not priced that high but there really isn't anything special about them to price what it is.. . They basically only show a like three diffrent movies at a time

This is a cool place to watch movies. The seats are very nice and the theaters are laid out well. There are 16 theaters, so your favorite movie should have plenty of showtimes that day. The only thing that I dont' like about this place is the fact that their prices go up about every 6 months. With popcorn and pop costing a fortune, it shouldn't cost 8 dollars to watch a movie. Just my .02

North Towne has seen its better days, but if you're short on cash and haven't been to the movies lately, this is a great place to spend very little and see a movie in the theatre instead of on video. Bargain basement pricing for movies past their prime, but good for kids. Choose your movie carefully. More serious dramas help you avoid the unruly crowds that can pop up from time to time at comedies and other movies more appealing to kids.

I go here every Friday afternoon, and always get right on the course without a wait. It is a private course but its only $10 for nine holes. You can't beat that for prices around Rockford. It is a par 3 course with plenty of challenging holes. There is almost too much sand and water hazards to avoid. They also have a driving range and the buckets are average priced.

They re-did this theater some years back and it's a really beautiful place. My friends actually got married there and it was really nice. It's such a great venue, but I don't know why more acts don't come. It's a magnet for the most random acts. Not the high-class venue it could be.

This is my husbands favorite golf store. Its great to browse in, plenty to choose from. Also, there is the really nice feature of the heated golf range where you can try out clubs! They have a large variety of equipment for the beginner to the advanced. The staff if pretty helpful as well, and they'll let you try out anything before purchasing.

Well this theatre is no longer in the heyday of its Sullivan years, but it's still a respectable place to go to enjoy live theatre in Rockford, and it uses local actors, something you won't find at the traveling productions of the Coronodo. The downtown location seems to keep that part of the city alive. The plays are not as interesting as they once were, but it would be tragic to lose something that means so much to Rockford theatre goers.

One of the most unexpected places to find in Rockford! This place is breathtaking and worth any price of admission. Beautiful gardens, easy paths to walk and perfect for a spring or fall day. If you have relatives in for a visit and don't know what to do with them this is the perfect activity. There is also a residental membership that's worth it. Great place to read, draw or write in your journal. Even my toddler liked the walk!

This is a wonderful home-town activity that adults and kids alike will love. We went this summer and brought snacks and just enjoyed the scenery. There is a guide that tells some corny jokes, but you do learn a lot about Rockford and its just an easy family activity that's inexpensive!

A big factor is that they do not allow smoking on Sundays. It’s good day to book a kid’s birthday party or bring the whole family for a couple of games.
