I have never met a satisfied customer that has done business with discount tire, its always the same thing (I can I check for a cheaper price ) then bang! your out the door and down the road before you know what happens, they got my wife there after I talked to them on the phone.I came home from work and there was the tires on the car I did not want THANKS!

I walked into this Discount Tire Company in Rockford with a printout of the specific tire I wanted and asked if they could match their own web site price. The salesman said sure. But what they did was and without telling me was sold me a completely different brand cheaper tire never told me. Now it is my fault. I have spoke with an assistant manager at Discount Tire of Rockford and the store manager at Discount Tire of Rockford and all they will do for me is give me credit towards the original tires I wanted. Yes I have to pay more now to get the tires I originally asked for! This according to the store manager is completely my fault for not looking at the receipt and realizing that the sales man took it upon himself to sell me whatever tires he felt like at the time. I being a trustworthy person didn't think I needed to check the receipt and make sure that the sales man sold me WHAT I ASKED FOR! They're always really nice at Discount Tire and their prices are fair. They have very good customer service. Once I was in a hurry and they made sure that I got right in and out. Twice they have fixed a flat on a older tire that was not from them for no charge and just told me to remember them when I was ready to buy new tires. And that's why we do buy our tires from them when we need to and would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs to purchase tires.
