I ordered the standard dim sum items, and they were terrible. The har gow seemed like it came out of a frozen package. The siu mai smelled funny and did not compare in taste or looks to excellent dim sum. The green onion pancakes were so hard and deep fried it was like biting into leather. I cannot speak for any of the other types of food they serve, but diim sum was terrible. It was a waste of money to eat there.

Golden Port is a great spot for dim sum, and full Chinese and Vietnamese entrées. They are also connected to a sushi place next door (must be the same ownership) and you can order items from the sushi menu as well. The service is fast and competent. Its is a great place to bring a bunch of friends and share lots of different items. They also have a full beverage menu. Be aware that they are closed Mondays.

I originally read a very favorable restaurant review of this restaurant, and it lived up to the review. They have a wide selection of dim sum, the majority $3.00 and under. With a dining companion, you can order several and share. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Only down side is that you'll have to park on street or in garage as it's just off of downtown Rochester.
