I had dinner at Dashen a few weeks ago, and honestly I wasn't that impressed. We were the only customers in the restaurant for the whole time we were there, which made me a little uneasy. The decor and music are not that appealing either - you get the feeling that the space was recently converted from being a storefront church or something like that. The service was decent and the prices were very affordable, but the whole dining experience was unimpressive. There was a tv on behind the bar, and several employees sat at the bar watching it. If you want Ethiopian, try Abyssinia instead.
