Disgusting. Was promised (reserved) a room with a king got two doubles and had to pay extra than quoted. No fitted sheets, dirty ice bucket, dirty tub, no shampoo, soap from super eight, rude staff, broken blinds, smelled terrible, furniture.. rugs.. walls.. all dirty, old and stained. Above all it looks like someone was murdered on our mattress...from what looked like giant Bl**d stains all over. Looked and felt like I was in a third world country. The place should be condemned!!!!!

Disgusting. Was promised (reserved) a room with a king got two doubles and had to pay extra than quoted. This hotel is conveniently located in Henrietta. It is close to the mall and much of the south sides shopping in Rochester. However it is a little bit seedy. The hotel is located next to a strip club and looks run down from the outside. They do however offer great rates.
