If you wish to purchase a part for your car at a auto supply store, you can and they will put it on for you at a very nice price. Recently I had a bad car accident with some major damage. I have a Pontiac and a friend referred me to go to Valley because of not only their exceptional customer service but also their grade "A" quality work. So I took it there and it ended up being there for 4 weeks. Because it took so long they gave me a rental car at no charge, my front wind shield had a small chip in it so they replaced that for free, they have me a free inspection, and also a book of free car washes. When I got my car back it looked, and drove better than when I bought it. Thanks so much Valley!

This is a great place. I have been to this place four times personally to have things done to my car. My finance has been there a lot more. We were both very pleased by the service and quality this place provides. The people that work there seem to be very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back again.

Companies hear all the time with complaints about how a job was done. On the flip side, I am a firm believeer when a job was done well you need to know this also.
Today Tony and TJ came to put a replacement window in our home. These two young men were knowledgeable. Efficient, worked cleanly, and were personable. Tony and TJ represent your company in a good light.

I just bought a 2003 Ford Escape from Vision Ford, I wrote a check to them on 2-1-07. Their selling gimmick for that time was a free 32 inch T.V.Unfortunatly I did not get my free tv because it was not figured into my sale price. (A figure of $600 was mentioned) I also did not get any floor mats with my purchase. I have water in my headlight that I went back out to Vision Ford to have replaced and I was put off my the service manager,he told me it's just condensation and to just let it dry out. That was 6 days ago and there's still water in my headlight! Granted I did not buy a brand new vehicle, but I spent alot of money for me, I just want fair service. J.B. Rochester,New York

I trust all my automotive care and concerns to these guys. They do it all quickly and courteously. Oil changes, NY State inspections, repair, maintenance. If they can't do it (like body work) they recommend someone who can. They have even told me when *not* to spend the money to replace something. My window-wiper fluid tank/bottle was ruptured, and it would have cost over $100 just for the part. It's an old car, so Firestone suggested a work-around, free of charge. I know nothing about cars, and they never make me feel stupid or ignorant. You can usually get an appointment for anything within 24 hours and they take walk-ins, too. When I do have to wait, their waiting room has free coffee, cable TV, comfortable chairs, a copy of the local newspaper, and is impeccably clean and neat. My car is always ready at the promised time, and sometimes earlier. Competitive prices too. A great find!
PROS: Convenient location, competitive prices, courteous staff
CONS: Main thoroughfare, can be tough to get out of parking lot at rush hour

I have gone back to this place four times to have different thing put into my vehicles. I have had things like remote start and an alarm put in. They always did things very quickly and I have never had a problem with anything they installed. The location of the store is a little dificult to find because it is in the back of a long building. I feel that the prices are very fair and I would recommend them to a friend.
