Main Street Billiards is a great place to meet up with friends. They not only have pool tables, but some little cozy areas to sit and catch up. If it is a nice night out, I suggest finding a table outside. They have typical bar food, but it is very good.

So I might be embellishing a little bit when I say acres but when you walk in you'll get that feeling. Though you think the abundance of tables will allow you to secure a table on any given weeknight, this isnt really true considering the popularity of this nightspot. This is one of the few main attractions that downtown Rochester has to offer so you can expect all of the young 20 something locals to be there. The venue also boasts many big screen tvs for all the sports enthusiasts. Though it it located in the heart of downtown Rochester, there is ample parking in the rear. The hourly rate might be considered slightly above average when compared to other local hole-in-the-wall billiards halls but this venue gives you the opportunity to do a bit more people watching. Great idea for weeknights and single hangouts.
