The office has lost my files more then once! I cant believe why this has happened. Jeremy promised that he would be there to listen to my issues and I still have not received a phone call back. Last year I was promised that he would handle my case personally but this year I have fallen through the cracks. The two meetings I have had with Jeremy I had to bring my child. Im a single mom and he didnt take kindly to my son sitting in the office. Each time my son made a noise he would turn his head in discuss.
