My husband and I got our wedding rings there. When we first walked in the store it appeared very ritzy and stuffy, but it wasn't that way at all. The people there, including the general manager, were very nice, helpful, and willing to work with whatever we had to offer (budget, style wanted, etc.). They had lots of diamonds to show us, didn't push a larger diamond on us just to try to sell it, and really listened to what we wanted. We ended up getting not only our wedding rings there, but two sets of diamond earrings and two necklaces about a year later. Again, very accommodating and willing to work with us and our budget. I appreciated the fact that all they sold were diamonds, and so they didn't have to pretend to know lots about all kinds of gems and jewelry. Diamonds are their specialty, and diamonds are what they know.

My fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring from Robbins Bros but two days later one of the diamonds fell out even though I have been very careful with it. He took the ring back and they replaced the missing diamond for free while he waited. It was very embarrassing for him to have to return the ring only two days after having given it to me, but I tried to reassure him by pointing out that it was not his fault. Based on our experience, if you buy a ring from here, be sure you ask them to look over ring for any loose diamonds before taking it home.
