Joe's offers a good price for their all you can eat sushi, however, I don't find it to be that worth it. The rolls are so packed with rice more than anything that you find yourself getting full quickly. It is said that they don't rush you out after a certain time but it is proper etiquette to leave after an hour when dining at an all you can eat sushi restaurant. It doesn't matter here though, you're gonna get so full so fast that you won't even make the one hour mark.
I'd rather go to Cabin Sushi on Market St. for all you can eat sushi. You get more bang for your buck.

Okay, so the title might not mean much, but the sushi at Joe's is really great. The chefs are quite entertaining, to boot. For the best experience, eat at the bar where you can watch the chefs work their magic. The golden tiger is definite must try. They recently got a new host, who might very well be the owner, and the service as improved dramatically. The food, as always, is great, with large portions of fish to rice. Highly recommended.
Pros: All you can eat sushi that is excellent, entertaining chefs
Cons: Parking can be a challenge sometimes

I'd primarily recommend Joe's for the all-you-can-eat deal, not the regular sushi, as the quality varies somewhat between pieces. It's not the most flavorful sushi, but there are some excellent pieces - I enjoyed the hand rolls particularly.
Unlike most all-you-can-eat places, Joe's, I believe, does not have a time limit dictating how long you have to order all your sushi, so you don't really have to have a speed-eating contest.
