This was the most painless car buying experience ever! They go out of their way to make it easy and pleasant. We were in and out in less than two hours with the EXACT truck that my husband wanted (after every other dealer in the area couldn't get it!). Their customer service is outstanding and their lot is HUGE! Will recommend them to everyone we know!

My 2005 dodge grand caravan needed emergency repairs while I was on vacation in the area, twice the same problem. The first time I went there, It took 5 hours for the service people to finally give me a rental car and send me on my way. The rental car voucher was for a $30 car which was a dodge neon. I ended up upgrading it for more money in order to accomodate my family. It took 1 whole day for them to fix the car. Then, two weeks later, while I was in the riverside area again, the same thing happened again to my car. This time it took 3 days to fix the problem as they weren't sure what the problem was and it was magically fixed somehow. I'm still scratching my head on that one.
