A Animal Clinic of Queens

I have been taking my American pittbull there for nine (9) years now and have only good things to say about my experiences thus far. Both the doctors and the staff are very professional, interpersonal, and caring. At the clinic, my dog has seen the same groomer for nine (9) years and just adores him. I'm surprised to hear that some of the reviewers have had some major mishaps but, in my opinion, their service has been nothing if not exceptional. Also, important to stress, is their dedication to owner and pet concerns. A close of friend of mine, while suffering through the ordeal of her older dog's serious health issues, was comforted in the fact that the doctors and staff provided outstanding care. While her dog was reaching the last few weeks of his life due to old age, she was allowed to leave her dog overnight for FREE around the clock care. more

Horrible, it's just unbelievable!! I brought my dog for grooming at 10:30, (I made an appointment a few days before). They said they will call me when my dog is ready, so I've been waiting and around 1:30 decided to go there and check on my dog, since 3 hours passed and no one called. So I went there and that very unprofessional groomer was by the desk doing nothing, and telling me that he's very busy and I should come back in a few hours, the best around 7 pm!! I was like, what? You gonna keep my dog for the whole day when I made an appointment at 10:30, and I mean it's no way that grooming takes the whole day right? So I asked if he even started to work on my dog, he said that he did. I told him that ok, it's fine so I'll just wait for him to finish then but I won't wait till the evening come on. And then he went to the basement and brought my dog, the way I left her, unwashed and untouched ( AFTER 3 HOURS!!! ) and said he can not do it!! JUST UNBELIEVABLE!! REALLY STAY AWAY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS THEY ARE SUPPOSTED TAKE CARE OF, AND THEYARE VERY RUDE AND UNORGANIZED!! more

I took my male cat here to get his special surgery. I dropped him off at night and picked him up the next afternoon. They must have done a great job on him. He came home and acted like nothing happen. He stuck his head in his food bowl and stuffed himself. A previous male cat had gone in somewhere else and was in pain for a week. Kudos to this clinic. more
