Baumgart's has a variety of Chinese style dishes and Japanese cuisine. I've ordered a bunch of different dishes from spicy chicken with rice to an island wrap (or something of the sort) with turkey and mango inside. It is a dine-in restaurant, but the atmosphere feels very much relaxed. The service is a little slow, but the food is totally worth the wait.

This is a casual, diner like restaurant. It is easy to get to in Ridgewood (across from the stop and shop and not in the center of town). There is a decent amount of parking in the back. the food is good and always consistent. they have unique salads and an assortment of appetizers and foods. They have sushi and sashimi too but I have not tried it yet (i have heard it is good but I am a little picky when it comes to sushi). They also have a wide variety of desserts. All entrees come with your choice of white or brown rice. The staff is courteous and quick and know the menu very well. Great Asian American Cuisine.
