This place has the best Greek food, bar none. The chicken special is my favorite with orzo. Nothing fancy but tastes great. The spanikopita is out of this world. The Greek salad is also good and enough to share for two. You have the option to sit outside or inside. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. You can also BYOB. A must if you are in Ridgewood.

My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant recently. We were extremely disappointed with the food and service. The Saganaki appetizer was so salty that it could curl your hair. The meat on my special gyro plate was also too salty to eat. My wife ordered a shrimp special over spinach and orzo. For $19.95 there were five tiny shrimp which were grilled dry over maybe a tablespoonful of spinach and orzo. After we finished our dinner we waited nearly thirty minutes for our check which we requested numerous times. I would not recommend this restaurant

I wanted to introduce Greek cuisine to my wife who never really tried it, and was looking for a place to take her. It's Greek To Me seemed to be the closest I could find in Ridgewood, NJ that could I try out. As with most establishments in Ridgewood, you can opt to dine inside or outside on the street patio. The service was good with friendly waiters and the menu definitely has a lot for you to choose from. I kept the selection simple as not to scare my wife off from Greek food forever. The dinner was fine, nothing too spectacular yet nothing I really wanted. It was good for what it was, but I've definitely had better. The flavour of the food was okay at best with nothing distinct to what we were eating. There were a couple of times I scratched my head to the entrees that we received. It wasn't what I was accustomed to when ordering Greek food especially when it came to the calamari. I expected to get some tzatziki sauce with it and out pita breads. Instead we received marinara sauce which totally took away from the flavour. Maybe it's just me but I expected more, especially in a town like Ridgewood which is famous for its eating establishments. Parking is a battle as always in Ridgewood. Either take the train in or get there early, unless you live under a lucky star and manage to find everything you want. PROS: Service was good CONS: Disappointed with some of the selections
