I RECENTLY VISITED RIDGEWOOD COIN & STAMP LOCATED IN THE HEART OF RIDGEWOOD. THIS IS A VERY BUSY STAMP & COIN STORE. I WAS THERE 9 IN THE MORNING AND THERE WAS A LINE OUTSIDE THE DOOR. THE GUY WHO RUNS THE STORE BUYS JEWELRY AND GOLD SILVER FROM PEOPLE AS WELL AS SELLS. HE HAD A LOT OF MERCHANDISE IN HIS STORE CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF THE STORE FRONT. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME FIND THE PERFECT COIN TO GIVE AS A GIFT. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DIDN'T RUSH ME. I WOULD DEFINITELY VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN.

This place has an unbelievable amount of jewelry. When I first went into this store, I was amazed at the variety and the organization of the store. While there was so much to look at, it was also relatively easy for me to find what I was looking for. They also carry a variety of other trinkets including cell phone chains, watches, purses, jewelry holders, etc.
Hot Jewelry Box is a family owned business and you can tell that they really add a personal aspect to the store. The workers are really friendly and know where all their items are located.

First of all- the jewelry. Great quality and so much selection. Jewelery comes in great red leather boxes that are so pretty they do not need wrapping themselves if you are giving for a gift. The staff is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond if you are looking for something in particular. One half of the store is all jewelry, but they have so much more on the other side. They have the BEST deals around when it comes to China and flatware. Their prices beat everyone's i checked for not only my own china but also when i was buying for other people for gifts. Much better prices (and they often have specials where you can get another piece for free) then all those big box retail stores. They also have a large collection of collectibles and stuff for a new baby. you can also buy right off of their website and have stuff shipped which is such a great perk..

I'd visited this corner store in Ridgewood twice before realizing that there was a full pharmacy! And a compounding pharmacy at that. I've purchased several excellent products here not found elsewhere such as Aladerm cream for dry skin.
What attracted me to this apothecary (don't you love this name) was the outstanding selection of fine and hard to find cosmetics that are only for the most discriminating beauty lovers. In addition, to upscale brands like Clarins, Stila, Paula Dorf, Benefit and Crabtree & Evelyn, they stock chic, trendy and "must have" accessories that will leave your wallet empty because you'll want one of everything! Terrific place to buy a gift for yourself or friends--they even gift wrap for free.
I travel here when I want to learn about a brand and its application from their expert makeup artists. They also do consultations and special occasion makeup for a fee. This is a great place to try out the latest colors and learn the proper application.
All the latest and trendiest brands are here--current season colors. They also have samples which you can ask for--helps in trying out new brands.
Standard pharmacy items are also stocked here and they will special order products and ship them to you. Exceptional service with a smile.

Wow Mfaucet, you are definitely a competitor or something of them. I totally disagree. This store is FANTASTIC...their merchandise is all high end from the jewelry to the gifts. I have been a customer there for about 6 years now and have been nothing but totally satisfied every step of the way. My entire family shops there and are all very satisfied and we recommend them to everyone. As for drop ship - don't really know what that means but if you are implying that they do not have any merchandise thats obviously bogus considering they have a beautiful showroom and a warehouse. I have returned things and never had a problem - those policies on the website are definitely not always informed but are probably there so shoppers don't take advantage of them.
As for wrapping - they have honestly been the best I have seen so far as to the protection they use around their china. There was one instance where I received a shipment and the glasses were broken from UPS and they replaced it at no charge within the week all you have to do is fill out a form.
Pros: Great Service and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Gerson Jewelers. I have purchased jewlery for myself and for many gifts over the years. All of the gift recipients have been thrilled, and the prices are really fair. The shop owner and his staff are all very sweet and professional. They are not a snobby store, like many jewelry shops can be.

This place is expensive, i went there two three times with my wife, but the designes they have ayou will never find any where, they are verey professional and kind, and they present all the stuff which is latest in the market. After visitign to that place we never thought goign to some other place for Jewellery. i highly recommend this place.
