Chesterfield Towne Center is a one level mall with a good selection of stores. It offers a large food court with alot of food choices. There is a cinema inside the mall, near the food court. They have a play area for toddlers. The mall is always well kept and clean on the inside. Their anchor stores include Hecht's and Dillards and JC Penney's.

The 17th Street Farmer's Market is a good place to visit occasionally. They have local produce and other items. Parking is available for free which is rare in that area. It is not very convenient, but it is centrally located for the region. It is nice treat every once in a while.
