Their exhibition including ancient and modern art, silver, Fabrege eggs, paintings, sculpture, and almost everything. You can spend the whole day here if you want to have a thorough look at all the stuff they have. Its a great entertainment and educational gallery.

This minor league baseball team is a great family outing. The area businesses often offer coupons and discounts and the prices aren't bad anyway. The kids love seeing the mascot running around and you can even have a birthday party there. The food is pricey and there are lots of signs saying not to bring outside food with you. (but plenty of people had food with them) We enjoyed the game and it wasn't too crowded.

Science museum is one of the nicest places in richmond. They planetarium has great view and they also have imax dome. Here you can watch great movies on huge screen. I have seen the egypt pyramids and a couple of more movies in there and it is an amazing screen. Science museum has things from dinasour to planes and trains. Kids will love it. They also have childrens museum next door.

We use Rockwood Park mostly for the biking and hiking trails. They have mountain biking trails that far exceed what we expected to find in there. The playground areas are fun for kids, and I have always found the park to be very clean and well kept.
It's convenient location at Hull Street and Courthouse Road mkes it easy to get to from all areas of Chesterfield County. It's a great park- bigger and better than many of the others nearby!

I concur. This place is the only place I'll buy running shoes, socks, and anything "running" from. They have you run around their little track , watching how your foot pronates and your heel moves. Then they have you try on a pair of shoes...and watch you run again. They do this several times till you get a shoe that fits, that really and truly fits.
if you care about your feet, knees, and backs, buy from these guys.

The Ice Zone offers hockey, figure skating lessons, and public ice skating. This is a great place to keep older kids occupied for a few days, and it’s great fun and exercise for everyone. They offer skates to rent if you don’t have your own. On Sundays they will even let you drive the ice machine.
