This Merchants is very service oriented. I take my car there for whatever I need, whether it's tires or an oil change. They always let me know what condition my car is in, and what I may want them to work on next time I'm there.

After hearing so many rip off stories about Jiffy Lube and other stores I decided to give Merchants a chance. I took my car there for service and I was really satisfied. The manager at the store... More

After hearing so many rip off stories about Jiffy Lube and other stores I decided to give Merchants a chance. I took my car there for service and I was really satisfied. The manager at the store clearly explained me the different type of services available. It took around 50 minutes and I was provided with a complete report of what was done (Like oil filter,oil, courtesy inspection check). He did not tell me that I had to change somthing like what other stores used to do. They even allow you to be near the car when the service was performed. I like their service and the way they treated me.
