Bought Honda Accord from Pearson dealership in 2000 and since then have my Honda serviced there. Their service is definitely exceptional.I had Toyota, Nissan, Mazda cars but other dealerships never came close in the customer service. For the day long service(timing belt) they provide rental car and the price for the service is much better then West Broad Honda. I leave at West End my for the last 9 years prefer drive to Pearson for the service. Very satisfied customer.

I purchased a CR-V from Pearson in November 2007. They were not pushy AT ALL which is very important to me. Although there is a closer Honda dealership to me, I continue to drive to Pearson for all of my car's service needs. They have been nothing but helpful (even folding up my stroller for me!) and I highly, highly recommend Pearson Honda.

This dealership is the best around for Honda owners or future Honda owners. The service staff is friendly and takes the time to make sure that you are satisfied with your car. The sales department accommodates you in all ways. They have free internet access, free coffee and a child's play area to keep your little one occupied. This dealership is a 5 star dealership all the way.

Mr. Winston was able to find the right car for me. I had test drive different cars throughout the week and when I went to Honda, Mr. Winston came with a generous smile. He did not paster me with questions or point out cars that was not right for me. Within the 3rd test drive, I fell for the car I want. Great service and Mr. Winston was able to help me find the proper loan within their company.
