The worst experience EVER!! 9/23/2011

I;ve never felt so uncomfortable looking to buy a "New" car in my whole life Being a life time buyer of Chevy and GMC, I thought going to "Dominion" instead of other places would be a change of pace. Little did I know, that the dealers and managment that run the place are out to bleed you dry out of every penny they can get. It by far was the worst experience I'VE EVER HAD in all my 48 years of car buying. Very dissapointed in "Ted the owner" I figured his father had taught him how to actually take care of his customers, being I knew him very well for many years. I Never will go back there and I'd advise everyone thinking about going there to TURN AROUND!!!! P.S. Capitol treats their customers with respect and they will recieve my business over Dominion any day. more

Dont waste your time !!! 7/16/2011

These people are a joke! Wanted to test drive a camaro...any camaro used or new. They gave me some bs about agreeing on a price and running a credit check before i could even drive it. Who do they think they are Bugatti?? They dont know how to do business and i will never ever ever EVER buy a chevy after being treated like this, horrible experience!!! OMG its a freaking cheap ass domestic car, who do they think they are!!!?? more

Customer for life 11/15/2010

I went in looking for a used Buick LaCrosse or Chevy Malibu. Since none were available I was able to purchase a 2010 Impala for my target price. This is my third vehicle purchase from Dominion. more

Mark was fantastic. I had a price I could spend on the car, and marked with me to get exactly what I need and get the pricing and protection for the car also. I can't say enough about how much of an asset he and I will recommend mark and Dominion to anyone for future car buying and make sure i buy my next car from there. Thanks so much. more

Our experience at Dominion was overwhelmingly positive. I can't Overstate how much we appreciate how Jeff Moore treated us- We just never expected to be treated so well. Thanks also to Kim Hill for setting up our appointment on short notice, and for the e-mail replies. In addition to a great deal on the truck. Dominion was so efficient in everything- The paperwork, getting the truck ready, installing the tool/box running boards. I realize there were a lot of other people at Dominion we never met who were part of making that happen. Thanks for treating us so well. P.S i love seeing that big American flag out front more

Everyone we met was more than willing to help and made our buying experience wonderful. All of sales and the finance department did an excellent job explaining exactly what we were getting. When we walked in we were uneasy about purchasing a new car. However, after spending the afternoon with the staff at Dominion we knew we had made the right decision. If anyone is looking to purchase a new or used car i would highly recommend they visit Dominion before going anywhere else. more
