I made an appointment at Zaibee's to get my bridal hair and make up done. While I was on my way to the salon, I called just to make sure that they knew I was coming. I was then informed that they couldn't see me at all. My advice would be to use this salon only if you are not in a time bind and only if the occasion is not that important.
Cons: Unreliable appointment making, rude customer service

I've been a long time customer of Zaibees and was pleasantly surprised when I went in yesterday that they have an anniversary sale going on where they give you a preferred member card that you can use for a year absolutely free. The card usually cost $25 a year and mine wasn't going to expire until December, but they gave me a free card I can use for an extra year. WOOHOO!!
I do get a wait when I go for my eyebrow threading when I go as a walk in since they are usually busy, but they are pretty good about taking me in on time when I make an appointment. It's good to see the same faces when I go there as their staff doesn't change frequently. I guess that's why I don't mind the wait since I can just hang out and chat with them. It's frustrating sometimes, but oh well....gotta wait for a good service sometimes, right?
I highly recommend Zaibees to anyone that wants eyebrow threading done with a friendly staff that will treat you like family.

I first went to Zaibee's in Richardson to get my eyebrows done assuming the price is what it is at most places I have been to. The lady doing my eyebrows said oh that was SO difficult making me feel as though I'm the one with the problem. When it was time to pay I was told about the $25/- preferred customer card with which the cost of threading would be lower. Even after buying the card the lower price was shocking and probably twice as high as another place. Well since I bought the card I decided to use it in the future for my child's haircut which cost $7.99 for preferred customers. We signed in and waited 45 minutes for our turn. When we were told we could go inside I helped my son onto the chair and we waited. A person who came after us was attended to and got her eyebrows done. We waited patiently. Another lady (who I'm assuming is the owner/manager) came in and asked us if we had any errands to run and if we could return in an hour and a half since she was booked. I told her I had no errands to run and as I was leaving, the lady at the reception told me that she was waiting for the owner/manager to arrive and then decide if they could do the haircut or not. Unbelievable! What I do not understand is why I was made to wait 45 minutes just so I could be told to go run errands and then return. They could have told me this earlier as I entered. There are other places that charge reasonably. I've learned from my mistake. For people that aren't aware of other places that charge much less there is Heena Salon across the street from Zaibee and there is Ashima's Salon in Plano.

I love the work they do at Zaibees. I've been going there for a while and the service is very consistant. They are a little more expensive than other places in Dallas, but the price difference is well worth it.
The quality is just top notch. No one does threading like Zaibee. She's truely an artist. I used to be a customer at Heena's Salon, but after the second time they messed up my eyebrows, I switched over to Zaibees. They were able to fix the damage the people at Heena's did and I've never looked back. I don't mind paying extra as long as the quality is good and Zaibees is worth every penny. I highly recomment them. Make sure you make an appointment if you go on a weekend because it tends to get very busy.

My best friend and I were long time customers of Zaibees. They used to be fairly priced, for example eyebrow threading was $6 with membership & $8 without...but now for some reason its $8 with a membership and $15 without...absolutely unbelievable.
That is just one small example of how they overcharge people, another way they get you is with their ??????full face wax?????? which is misleading b/c it only includes your cheeks...it does not include eyebrows, upper lip, chin etc. those all cost extra and are tacked on to the price of the ??????full face wax?????? which of course you only find out about AFTER the fact when its time to pay.
Another incident was when my friend would notice that the prices seemed different every time she went for the exact same procedures. So, curious, I went with her and added up everything she was getting done before hand, and sure enough when it came time to pay they were charging her $20 more than what it should have been. When I said something, the lady was all apologies.
Needless to say we haven??????t been back in a while and I was about to give in and go back to Zaibees when I found out about Heena??????s Salon. This place is great! Right across the street from Zaibees next to TJMax, its prices are beyond reasonable ($4 for eyebrow threading!), the wait was short and the people were super friendly. I went for the first time today and I was very impressed...So goodbye Zaibees and hello Heena??????s!
One last thing, I called Zaibees for fun and asked the lady how much they charged for eyebrow threading and when she told me I said, Wow, yall sure went up on the prices! You do know that there is a place across the street that charges $11 less for the exact same thing right? I just couldn??????t resist...haha

My cousin and I came to the store at 7:05 and they had the open sign still on. They told us that they were closed and told us to come back the next day. We asked politely if we could still get our eyebrows done (since it only took less than 10 min), but they couldn't even accomadate our request. I asked for a broshure of their services, and let me tell you they are so pricey! Eyebrow threading is 15 dollars without a preferred card and 8 dollars with a card( $25). They actually did us a favor because one of our friends told us that there was a $ 4.00 threading place right across the street (near tj max and payless). They did a good job, and they are very friendly. So save your money and go to Heena's Salon.

I waited for 2 hours,
they had other people go before me because they had an appointment.. I told the lady at front that I had to go, all the sudden she said I was next, my eyebrows looked OK but the price was high and the same lady insisted I should get a membership card?.. I went one more time for a facial and same thing I waited. very unpleasant, I asked the lady what products she was using for my facial she showed me the bottles of a cvs brand cleanser ..I was upset to pay $85 Dollars for that, when I have better products at home. bottom line is I would not recomend these place, poor service, bad products, very pricey..

The main owner is biased towards certain people. Fake behavior and rips off to the core especially if you are an Indian. So, basically you are paying the high price and on top of that you are treated badly! Got my eyebrows done which was ok. but the haircut was terrible. All they needed to do was simple layers on it and they messed it up! Absolute rip off! The haircoloring was bad too and of course they force you to be satisfied with the service because they won't hear otherwise. You will notice a complete change of behavior with a white/ African American because they know they will get sued for their attitude! They take it for granted that a person of Indian origin will never sue them out of respect....well maybe not. I am sure they will get hit sooner or later! Their service isn't really that great for anyone....you can get much better service elsewhere for 1/3rd of the price!
Caution: Never ever buy their so called natural products! They suck big time! So don't waste your money in them!

I have gone to Zaibees several times over the years for eyebrow threading and facial. Zaibee does a beautiful job on eyebrows but their scheduling needs improvement. Usually when I have an appointment I arrive early, have to wait and have noticed that often, others who came in AFTER me are seen BEFORE me. (some sort of favoritism...hmmmm) Their prices are a little high.
After they suddenly and without reason cancelled my last appt I decided to never go back to Zaibees. I driving to the appointment and noticed I had a couple of voice mails on my cell phone. Zaibees had left a voice mail about 1-2 hours prior to my appt to confirm, when I didn't answer, they cancelled my appt. When I called the girl was unapologetic and said she couldn't reach me so they assumed I wasn't coming. So my appt was cancelled just because I did not answer my phone immediately. Apparently they view appointments as tentative and confirm just prior to the appointment. I'm too busy for that.
There are plenty of other places to get eyebrows done without this hassle and being treated so poorly. I would not recommend this place.

I was shocked to learn that she actually charges $15 for eyebrows. This is ridiculous. The lady who did the threading actually hurt me quite a bit. I could tell she had not been doing this for long. I cannot believe she was trying to sell me a preferred card. Why would I go to a place which is actually inferior and charges 3 times as much as others for comparable services?
The positive reviews about this place - I would like to make sure these are real customers with no ties! I seriously doubt it. I would not go back there even if my eyebrows looked like bushes!
