Jumbo is a buffet places which offers Chinese food, Japanese sushi and raw fish, American oyster, Mongolia BBQ, sea food and lots of other dishes. It is very very inexpensive. There are 3 restaurant in the metro area. I have been to 2 of them. Richardson's one is the cheapest. You can basically pay $6.00 plus tip and tax for a lunch tax with tons of dishes. Excellent value. Their restaurant is big too so you can entertain a party there. My only complaint is that I always overeat in this restaurant, which is not good for me.

I've been going to Cafe Max for many years and have always been happy with my lunch. My favorite is the "trio" with ceasar, chicken and fruit salads. True, the lines are long but move very fast. Those of us who know what we want call ahead and pick up our order to-go.
They are only open until 3:00 pm so don't be late!
Get the muffin. It's delicious.

If you're looking for authentic Chinese food or you're just sick of the Americanised Chinese you get at Panda Express, then Cafe Mandarin is a restaurant worth trying. Their food isn't fancy but it's got a tasty homemade feel to it. Be sure to try the egg and tomato or one of the countless tofu dishes on the menu. They are vegetarian friendly with several veggie dishes on the menu, and they'll be happy to hold any meat for you on any dish that does have meat. The dining space, like the food, isn't fancy but it's comfortable and clean. There's also a bakery in the front. Prices are reasonable at around $6 for a large entree meant to be served family-style. They also offer endless rice with any entree you order.
Service is fast and friendly. Keep in mind they close in the afternoons from 3 pm til dinnertime, so keep your lunches early.

Yum, this place is so good it is addictive. Everything on the menu is great. The portions are very large and filling. The prices are reasonable. I love that you can choose your own ingredients to make your meal exactly the way you want. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any tex-mex fan. Absolutely delicious.

This Starbucks is great to visit. The employees are great about remembering your name and what you like. Friendly staff and has been there for a while. Also, in the mornings there is a group of regulars that always sit outside and that is nice to see when you drive up. Location is good Beltline and Coit next to McDonalds in Dal Rick Shopping Center.
