Good: The new office location is convenient for me and seems to be accessable from anywhere since it's right off George Bush; I love the computer system that sent my medications directly to the pharmacy; His new nurse Tiffany (?) was GREAT. Bad: The clinic is very busy and I had a slightly longer to wait to see him but once in the room he was as personable, thorough, and caring as always. Other: I think the expanded clinic hours are going to be great for me and my family.

Dr Clark is truly a wonderful doctor. If you are the kind of person who hates having to go to the doctor, it is only because you have never gone to see Dr Clark! Not only is he knowledgeable, understanding(when needed...he will never let you b.s. him or yourself), and funny. He is genuine and truly cares about his patients, he never makes you feel like you are a number. Dr Clark is a inspiration, we should all try a little harder to be as kind and giving of ourself and our time as he is, this world would be a better place. I have receintly had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Clark at his new location in North Garlad and I must say for those who have had trouble with his last office staff, the new office is great, easy to find, warm, friendly, and have wonderful services available, such as after hours clinic, walk~in times, and weekend hours. It seems this it going to be a great move for Dr. Clark.....ME

I am from a medical family, several doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, myself being a physical therapist. Not only is Dr. Clark's medical knowledge superb, but he treats you as an individual and you never doubt that his utmost goal is making you better. To top it off, he makes you laugh! The only reason not to see Dr. Clark is if you just don't like your doctor to have a sense of humor!

I rarely write reviews, nor do I sign up for websites so that I can write a review but I did so for this site because Dr. Clark is excellent. There are a couple of other reviews of him that are probably unfair. One from Jen S. who rated him poorly because it takes too long for him to accept new patients. I think she doesn't understand the concept of good doctors being in high demand. And then there's Elizabeth D. Of course , she could have had a bad visits...or she could be one of those unreasonable patients that thinks the world owes her everything at the snap of her fingers. Anyways, Dr. Clark is knowledgeable, patient, and has a good sense of humor. My only complaint would be against the office he works in. They need to update their answering system. Sometimes they leave the "Away at lunch" message on way past lunch and the "We're not open yet" message on even after they've opened. I've also had to see other doctors in the office when Dr. Clark was not in and I wanted immediately care. They are very accommodating. Dr. Tran is also good and very friendly.

Used to not really care that I didnt like my doctors, but another friend recommended Dr Clark and I am glad that I changed. He is a good guy and a good doctor. I highly recommend him.

I was excited to see these reviews and change my POP to Dr. Clark. However when I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told he only takes 1 new patient a day. The next appointment available was over a month away. If that doesn't work for you, I would advise you to look elsewhere. This only applies to new patients. If I wasn't new they could get me in pretty quickly.

Dr. Clark and his staff are all very rude. The staff has never behaved any way but annoyed when I've been in the office or called for any reason. My last appointment was a nightmare, not only was I not scheduled; though I did call and make an appointment, the staff treated me horribly because I was four minutes late. They told me I'd have to come back later that day or possibly the next because the Dr. was running behind as well. I refused to leave until I was seen because the reason for my appointment would take no more than five minutes and was extremely important to me. After I refused to leave the Dr. did see me, but interrogated me as to why I had been so unruly in the waiting area, but I hadn't been unruly I had only stood up for myself in a passive manner; then he later sent me a letter dissolving our doctor, patient relationship. Several of my family members have seen Dr. Clark as well, all with the same result. Not one of us is still a patient of his and we've all left on bad terms. If Dr. Clark was the last doctor on the face of the earth and I would die a horribly painful death if I didn't go see a doctor, I'd rather have that painful death than ever set foot in his office ever again.
