As part of their sales pitch All American Siding stated that if there was a Hurricane and the wall blue off they guaranteed that the siding would remain attached to the wall. If it didn't they would send a team of professionals to reattach any siding that came loose. I called today after the wind settled down from Molly and told them that one piece of siding had come off and would they reattach it as I am 66 years old and am afraid to clime up near the roof. I was told that If they sent some one I would be charged a fee. This does not sound like what the sales person told me. I was told that we werecovered for all and any storms. I consider this to be deceptivebusiness practices and especially to take advantage of the elderly. That is just pathetic and uncalled for. Your salesperson waslying just to make his sale that day. If you insist on lying to makesales please stay away from the senior citizens. I would neverever recommend Am siding in fact when people ask us where wepurchased the siding I tell them not to use your company American Siding due to unethical business practices and deceptivesalespeople.

I actually own a competing window company in Texas. I started in the window business about 15 years ago as an installer for All American Siding and I still drop by to see them now and then. I can tell you that their desire and commitment to selling and installing quality windows is as strong today as it was 5, 10 and even 15 years ago. I am continually impressed with their product lines and ongoing warranties and service. I'm also surprised at how low their prices are for the quality they produce. I don't think you can go wrong by choosing All American to work on your home.
By the way, congratulations on 23 years in business! Good job guys!

Also doing business as: All American Products; All American Siding of Dallas; and American Siding of Dallas, Inc.
These guys come out with a great presentation and some of the highest prices. They do have a quality product. The problems are how they go about installation and handling complaints. To begin with, they actually scheduled our window installation (11 double hung windows by the way) to take place on the 4th of July. Reluctantly we agreed. We were told if we didn't agree, they were so busy we may have to wait up to an additional two months for installation. We therefore cancelled our Holiday plans and reorganized the next four days. Well, when they didn't show up on the 4th the installer (who by the way was coming from some 40 miles away) finally contacted us by the end of the day to say sorry. They came two weeks later. When I talked with the installer the first time he expressed to me how he could install the windows with his eyes closed. I think that's exactly what he did. The installation was completed in a matter of a few hours and was probably the worst I'd ever seen. They left a mess in every room they worked in. One kitchen window was left with a ripped screen in the bottom. Attempting to open one of the bedroom windows left the lifting bar broken. Window moldings were not put back as promised. We have a custom window ledge in our kitchen which is now ready to fall off the wall at any time. The moulding that rests on the ledge are raised as mush as 1/2 on one end from the top of the ledge. Because the installer did not know how to square up moulding, he filled all the gaps with clear silicone and told my wife there was nothing you can do about that. Gee, lot's of my friends have had replacement windows installed, they don't have globs of silicone running asunder. My gaps runneth over. We have more clear silicone on, in, and around our new windows th
