The car prices that they list online are not accurate because when you go to the dealership, they "added-on" these features. No car is without these add-ons. Just add $2500 to the online price to get the actual car price. Also, they will not honor online quotes because of the add-ons, even if you have it in writing. These add-ons should only cost a couple hundred dollars. For example, wheel locks that Honda sells for $65 (when you can find aftermarket for $25) in Lute Riley will cost you $295. Same factor you can apply to everything else they sell. So, since the price quoted did not include these add-ons, they add on a couple more thousand dollars. I asked for a car without the add-ons as listed online, but they said all of the cars have these add-ons. When we asked why these features weren't listed online with the actual price, we got no reply. Even when we talked with the manager about his illegal practices, he didn't seem to get it. He wasn't too bright. It's a shady place, and we did report them to the Federal Trade Commission. Lute Riley Honda's Internet Sales Manager admitted that they just want to get you into the dealership. In other words, you will never get the price they quoted you. Don't waste your time here.

Lute Riley Honda has an express oil change service that allows you to get it done during your lunch break or if you are in a hurry. There is hardly a waiting time and the servicemen there are extremely helpful. Complimentary drinks are available while you wait or you can even catch your daily soap opera. Before going there to get a service done, make sure you check their Web site for any service specials.

I have never personally bought a car from this dealership, and I would suggest anyone in the Dallas area that is looking for a Honda to just head to Honda Cars of McKinney. I have been to Lute Riley on various occasions, either looking to possibly purchase a car for myself, or I tag along to support and help out friends. Each and every time I have gone, the salespeople are way too insistant and they pretty much make it known that they're just out for another sale. The fact that they lied to one of the other reviewers on this site does not shock me at all. Their practices are horrible and no one should ever buy a car or get it serviced from this place.

We went in to look at Accords here, and got serious about buying one. We worked for some time with our courteous albeit high-pressure salesman. Toward the end of the negotiations, he went to "confer" with the sales manager, at which point the manager arrived and begin haranguing us, and especially my wife. When he left, the salesman apologized for that guy's behavior. We should have left, but ended up completing the deal. The finance guy set us up on a lease, and out-and-out lied about the taxes. We ended up paying a small fortune in taxes that he assured us wouldn't be required.
