I had a problem and took it to Lute Riley Honda and they took a look at it and gave me a genuine sounding explanation and said it was going to cost me arnd 300 - 400 dollars. I went to Bass for a second opinion and BELIEVE IT OR NOT he spotted the problem within a min and charged me ZERO dollars!! He's really found a customer who's going to advertise Bass auto for a long time!!

Now i go there again to get my alignement done again which is suppose to be free.... they treat you bad!!! they talk rude to you...as if they are now doing you a favor... Also they denied to do it as I got my tires changed and go them balanced at Walmart....
the guy who is at the counter has no decency to talk to woman.

Visited Bass auto in richardson a few days ago. Doug was polite and courtious. They diagnosed the problem with my car in no time and had me on my way. HIGHLY recommended.
