I actually had a pretty pleasant buying experience at Courtesy Nissan. My sales girl and the manager we worked with were very accommodating and extremely nice. However, after purchasing my car, the problems started. The finance department (headed by Steve Alzuraqi) was extremely unprofessional and belittling. I will NEVER purchase a car from them due to the unprofessional behavior of Steve and his new staff. Apparently right after I bought my car, Steve replaced someone in the finance department as the Director of Finance. He told me that things were taking a long time because he had to clean up someone else's mess and that I needed to be patient. I don't believe that their employee problems should be reflected in their customer service, nor should I know about them. I also witnessed him being extremely disrespectful and yelling at a client. I do not believe that this is courteous. I could go on and on about the way that their whole finance department treated me (over several conversations), but it's not worth the time. Nissan will be hearing from me. In a nutshell, do not waste your time or money at this dealership.

I am a first time buyer and went there to get information and price quote. Instead of giving me a price quote, they made me fill out all unnecessary paper work . Make you wait for hours and hours to get pricing info. If you don't agree on the price, then they try to sell you some or the other car. When you say you are not going to buy the car, they totally ignore you. Very frustrating. Salesmen don't care about what the customer wants, just want to make a sale.

the salesman ( Ron Hall ) was so rude to me. i gave him a price for a 2003 maxima and he just turned around and walked away from me. I told him that i wanted to speak to the manager and he said i am the manager ( which he is'nt ) then he told me to get out of here. what kind of service is that? i have never seen anybody this rude to me before.

A Pre-owned guy came up to me and introduced me to a 2005 altima and i guess i spent about an hour looking at the car. I decided not to get the car and he just rudely walked away from me and told me to not waste his time. i also felt racism coming from him when he was talking to me. he gave me little racial comments. His name is RONN HALL i think.

We used to own a Nissan and this place is the best. Their customer service in the service department is great, whether you are getting repairs there or you are buying parts to repair yourself. I can't comment on the sales staff as we didn't buy from there originally, but after sales staff was wonderful.

We all know how horrible car buying can be. I've bought maybe 10 cars in the last 15 years since driving and I've only had two great experiences. One was Rusty Wallis Honda, and Courtesy Nissan is the other. I got pre-approved on their website, then went in armed with Edmunds.com info on how much I should pay for the car. They were friendly from beginning to end, gave me a great price and they've been really easy to deal with for service.
PROS: No runaround, quick, friendly, great product.
CONS: I wish service was open on Sundays, but I don't think they can be legally.
