We all know that dealership repairs are slightly more expensive but if you go, it is to get the most premium service. But not Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota. Bob Bridge Toyota does not employ service people who think out of the box, or that will go the extra mile. Don't go there, go to someone you can trust and rely on. Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota would not allow a thorough inspection of why my 2 year old Toyota Camry was using up all its oil well in advance of the regular oil change time frame. He had absolutely no customer service skills and not at all accommodating. From check-in to check-out he did not provide any options, did not seem empathetic to my situation, did not offer any other remedies they could take to investigate why my oil keeps running low. He's a man that reads you the guideline of what it says in the Toyota repair manual and has the “that’s your tough luck” attitude. AND my vehicle is still under warranty. So I definitely will be going else where. I feel sad for them.

I have gone into this KFC / A & W serveral times and I have to say, this is the place that should be listed as "What not to do!" Customer Service, dirty resturant, poor employee grooming. I did a survey and requested the manager to call me to discuss problems with me. Never received a call and it's been over a week now. A little TLC and this place could be moving up to at least below average. (It has only up to go!)
Thank goddness there are other places like Arby's close by for now.
Pros: Hopefully, it will close soon, if not raided by the public health officials
Cons: Dirty, customers must be bothering the fun and games of the employees

These were some of the most insipid pointless hot dogs I've ever eaten. It was like being at a children's party where they serve those microwaved hot dogs in soft mushy wonderbread-type hot dog rolls. The relish was literally NEON green - I don't know what you have to do to get it that colour but I don't want to know. The worst part was that we didn't order from the regular "gourmet" menu, we ordered from the "premium" menu - two polish sausages. Those were not sausages. They were packet weiners that were microwaved and put in between cheap bread.
They obviously haven't figured out that when grown ups want a *gourmet* hot dog experience, they're thinking about summer BBQs with brats on the grill or at the least, late night street meat grilled in the little carts. If I'm going to pay $4+ for a hot dog... at least take the time to grill it...if I want to microwave my dinner, I can do it at home for free. (and not be stuck in some awful strip mall in Renton)
Pros: once you've tried their food you start appreciating the "work" that goes into McD's food.
Cons: food, price, ambiance, location

This branch is owned by the Goodyear Corporation and is not independent like some Goodyears are. I began taking my car there for automotive problems when my regular mechanic went out of business. They charge $113 to diagnose a check engine light problem. Three weeks ago I went there because my engine light was on. They charged the $113 to tell me it was an oxygen sensor and then $350 to replace the oxygen sensor. This week the engine light came on again so back I go. They do another $113 diagnostic test and keep the car all day. When I go to pick it up they then tell me their mechanic can not fix this problem but IF he could it would cost about $600 for a new catalytic converter. They then send me across the street to someone who said that charging $113 to diagnose the problem is bogus especially if they are not going to fix it. The people across the street are going to fix it for $279. Goodyear is VERY costly for automotive repairs.
Cons: Very expensive. Unnessary charges. Long waits.

The reason why auto repair shop have a bad reputation. Take a look at this shop. They charge for work unperform. Ex. would be no fuel due to fuel relay but get charge for fuel pump. Or car comes in with a problem but upon diagnosing it. No issues present but still gets charge for some parts and labor for no issues. Alot of times they won't even change the parts and still gets charge. A common one is bringing in a car for oil change and filter. The filter just gets spray with parts cleaner and cleans the residue to make it look new and stays back on. This is a common practice of theirs. I would not trust this shop at all.
Pros: very money motivated
Cons: charge for work not done

Extremely Poor Service
On July 23, 2009, my husband and I were trying to decide where to grab something quick and easy. Well.....imagine my surprise and excitement when I found a Frankies Pizza in Maple Valley. It was about 8:30pm when I called to order, and the young male I spoke with on the phone said they would deliver, took down my credit card number, and then ask another co-worker if they did deliver that far. The other co-worker said no, so I said I would come pick it up. The male I was talking to said it would be 30-45 mins before it was ready.
Now, by the time I got off the phone, with all the credit card information, the order and the confusion about where they would order to, it was about 8:45pm, give or take 5 mins.
At about 9:05pm, I drove down to Frankie's from the Ravensdale area. When I got there, the lights were out and I could see employees through the window mopping the floors, and vigorously rapped on the front window, but no one would come to the door.
The owner of the business next door said he would go let them know I was there to pick up previously orderded, and paid for pizza. (remember, I gave them a credit card number). When the gentleman from the other business came back he said they just said to tell me they were closed.
While I was standing outside talking to the owner of the other business, an older male came from a back office, walked right up in front of the window where I was standing, pulled what appeared to be my order from a delivery hot pack and walked out the back door, came around front to where I was parked, put the pizza and himself in his vehicle and drove off.
Yes, I was a little disgruntled.
1) Why did the employee that took my order tell my 30-45 mins, when it was already after 8:30pm and knew they would be closing and never said a work about closing at 9:00 pm to me.
2) Why would, what appeared to be the shift manager on duty, not come to the door and talk to me but instead, take out the pizzas I had ordered, put them in his car and leave, being parked right next to me. (I guess free food is better than having to pay for it - no matter how you get it - LOL)
3) Then I had to wait and worry that my credit card got charged for something that I didn't receive, which, by the way, it didn't. That tells me something right there. Why not charge my credit card if I gave it to them , pre-ordered unless they knew I wasn't going to make it down there before they closed. (SCAMMERS!!)
Needless to say........Even though I have heard nothing but how fabulous their pizza is, and I have waited for a long time for one to be in our area, I doubt that I will support the Frankie's in Maple Valley. I'd rather go out of my way than have to deal with dishonest employees.

The Renton License Agency is always very busy, so expect to wait in a line that goes out the door when you visit. It's best to try to get there during hours that most people work, avoiding the lunch hour. Mondays and Fridays are the busiest it seems. If you call their office, don't plan on talking to anyone personally. A machine picks up and asks you to leave a message and they will call you back. I was surprised to receive a phone call back the same day though.
