This park is dominated by the baseball field but has several swing sets and tennis courts. Getting to the park is not easy -- get a map since access is via a country road. Down the road is a huge electrical relay station that is interesting and many blackberry bushes line the road. Also, their are trails running down the power lines that are a favorite of mountain bikers. The views are of Renton, Seattle, Bellevue, Lake Washington and the Olympics, but you have to hike down the road a bit -- the road is blocked at top to limit through traffic.

Dairy Queen is great for Ice cream. I love the blizzards! But there prices are pretty high for regular burgers. Unless you get there special that they have at the time, you can end up paying 4.00 for a normal fast food greasy burger. There Dilly bars are also a great classic too. They are only 1.00 and beat McDonald's ice cream for sure.

Okay, so the store itself is great...just don't even try to go close to it during the weekends or anytime after 5pm. This place is an absolute zoo. It really is a good place to shop because they have cheap stuff that ranges from domestic items like vacuums to clothes and electronics. I enjoy the inexpensive prices but it makes it almost not worth it to stand in line and battle trying to make your shopping cart go through the aisles.

.. SO I locked my keys in the car, and didn't know what to do, luckly, a friend had told me about Ty's, and they prompty came to unlock my car. Very nice job. I would reccomend for the prompt service and friendly employees.Also quite a convenient place. I like it!

My friend Debbie and I went here for dinner tonight. I used to live in Renton so I've been to this one in Benson Plaza several times. I've always liked it. It's got decent food, quick and friendly wait staff, etc. It's your standard ho hum Am-Mex food, totally done for the northerner's bland taste buds.
I ordered a burrito picadillo (#4), and what it ended up being was picadillo beef (shredded beef, the way I like it :) wrapped in a flour tortilla. That was all, for a burrito. Call me crazy, but I at least expected some kind of veggie or cheese or something else in it besides plain old beef. It's ok, it was cheap ($18 for both of our dinners). Good place for children and babies, as the staff is excellent with children.

this is a nice little gem of a coffeehouse. i used to go here all the time when i worked mornings and stayed til early evenings at work for my daily caffeine jolt. the staff is mostly female and they're all very well-mannered people. i love the interiors and this is quite possibly the best place to curl up to a good book and drink coffee.

Starbucks is not my favorite coffee (too bitter), but if you want coffee and you need lunch too, this is the place to go. It's so hard to find "fast food" that isn't burgers and one nice thing about Starbucks is they have some pretty decent sandwiches. The baristas are friendly and, most importantly, fast! My favorite non-coffee drink there these days is the Venti Iced Passion Tea sweetened with Valencia instead of their usual sweetener.

We solicited bids for painting the exterior of our house, plus a master bath, from many different painting companies. A-1 came recommended to us from a co-worker of my husband. They came in with a good bid so we hired them to do the job. They did good work and my neighbor (who apparently had nothing better to do!) watched them like a hawk. She said there were several young kids working for the owner, Rich, and he was always keeping an eye on their work and advising them. So I was happy with what they did. What I was NOT happy about was that when I called him (repeatedly) for work to be done in the future - like painting a nursey for an upcoming baby - he didn't return my calls. I am sure he was too busy with other jobs but he could at least call me back and tell me he was too busy. So I give him a thumbs up for the work that they do but a thumbs down for customer relations.

I was very impressed w/ the service I recently got from this place. I called-in an order ahead of time and drove there to pick it up 15 mins. later. It wasn't ready yet, but the staff were very apologetic and I could see they were extremely busy. When they started making my order, they realized they were out of a main ingredient and were even more apologetic, offering to give me two sides that I ordered for free. I never had to ask or complain for that- they just made the offer on their own. A lot of times these days I find if something goes wrong no one even apologizes let alone offers something free for my trouble. Besides the good service, I always enjoy the food.

This place was nice. I went here a few days ago and was satisfied with the results. They did a nice, plain, clean looking job. I would reccomend. Cheap and well done job. I reccomend to someone who wants a job well done for cheap. Not too clean though. Not too impressed with that part.
