I couldn't believe it when I discovered that this place sells helium balloons! Decent selection, including your kids' favorite licensed characters (Dora, Spiderman, etc). You can even place an order in advance for pickup on a future date/time. The only problem I noticed was that I picked them up the night before I needed them and by the next day, they were about half as full as you'd expect. All other helium balloons I've ever bought have stayed completely full for at least several days, if not longer. This is not a problem as long as you get them the day you need them- worth the hassle for the price!

I stumbled across this store because they took over Party City’s old location, and I was so pleasantly surprised because everything in this store is…you guessed it…99 cents! They have a large variety of invitations, party bags, party favors, and balloons, just the perfect place to go to when you are throwing a kids’ party. In addition, they even have a small selection of produce on sale. Great price, good selection, will definitely go back when I plan my next party.
