I've eaten at Amante several times and the food is always great. The last time I got the White Spaghetti for lunch and it was delicious. The prices are fairly reasonable.

I've lived all over the US and I've not had this much trouble finding a good pizza joint. So far, Amante Pizza & Pasta is the only place we would recommend in the Seattle area. Their dough actually has good flavor and they use fresh ingredients. I enjoy both their calzones and pizzas.

Good menu choices, not expensive. I ordered the baked Canneloni with meat sauce. Very good! Side salad comes with every dinner - small salad, mostly lettuce (one tomato slice, one cucumber slice) - I would prefer a much better salad (think Olive Garden), even if I must then pay 50 cents or a dollar more. Veneto Spaghetti comes with abundant sausage, very tasty, lots of tomato bits, delicious sauce - quite good. Good service, friendly. Five waiters the night we were there.
PROS: good food, good service, not expensive
CONS: meager salad
