Peggy seems to have an innate understanding of the stresses people go through while selling or buying real estate and because she has such a calm, capable attitude about everything that you immediately feel at ease and, I guess, safe. Her attention to detail and her patient method of educating us (me mostly) as to what we need to watch out for made the whole process easy and we slept great at night because we knew she was watching out for my wife and I. We really enjoyed the fact that she first listened intently to everything we were looking and what we were NOT looking for. She was patient, thorough and took great care to make sure we got the best deal possible. It was really great that she was genuinely happy for us when we found the right house that matched our wants and needs. She has a great laugh too!
