We all know that dealership repairs are slightly more expensive but if you go, it is to get the most premium service. But not Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota. Bob Bridge Toyota does not employ service people who think out of the box, or that will go the extra mile. Don't go there, go to someone you can trust and rely on. Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota would not allow a thorough inspection of why my 2 year old Toyota Camry was using up all its oil well in advance of the regular oil change time frame. He had absolutely no customer service skills and not at all accommodating. From check-in to check-out he did not provide any options, did not seem empathetic to my situation, did not offer any other remedies they could take to investigate why my oil keeps running low. He's a man that reads you the guideline of what it says in the Toyota repair manual and has the “that’s your tough luck” attitude. AND my vehicle is still under warranty. So I definitely will be going else where. I feel sad for them. Pros: Bad Service no Help Cons: No options to help you!

I had driven by Bob Bridge Toyota many times when I worked at my old job, and so I figured it would be worth taking a peek. When I entered, I asked if I could speak to a salesperson. They called one down, and he showed me a couple of different cars. During the whole time, he was polite, and respectful. At the end, he asked me if there were any cars I wanted to take home. I told him that I wasn't ready to buy, and he actually didn't apply any sleazy pressure techniques. Based on my experience, I will probably stop in again when I am ready to buy. Pros: Decent Selection

We bought a Suv from Bob Bridge Honda and the sales person added the options back in the price and other things we didn't want. They offered us a lower finance charge is we bought their overpriced service contract. Paid $50.00 for checking the car and didn't even set the clock. I wouldn't trust these people to work on my car. Tried to get our car keys back so we could leave and they wouldn't give them to us and also had our old car blocked in. I'd avoid Bob Bridge.

You sign up for a service date they note it. You need a loaner they give you a loaner. Plus they will check to find a problem before the warranty is up and they fix it.

Toyota is a great place to buy a car! Someone in my family bought a toyota 18 months ago at Toyota, and I tell you what, now in my search for a car I'm only going to Toyota Dealers! The service is great, and they aren't pushy like most car dealers. They ask if you need help, and if you just want to wander for yourself for a while, then they leave you alone. They don't pretend to know what your looking for! PROS: great service and friendly people CONS: a bit far from where I live
