I tried a lot of groomers with my 16 year old pomeradian mix, he has thyroid so he does have that much hair but man is his hair wild. I rescue my dog when he was 12 neglected so I am very cautious where I take him. We tried pretty paws in burien, petco, and petsmart. His first visit to pretty paws he looked okay despite the fact he came home with fleas, thank god for frontline. The other two times we went the haircuts was not as nice. When we went to pets mart my dog came out looking hairless when we just ask for a trim, when we went to petco he came home with untrim toe nails and 3-5 razor burn on his body, so we resorted to debbie's grooming he looked fantastic even the one tooth that he had left looked shiny,my husband was very please also. For the first time he came home flealess,no cuts,and he had nice hairdo too.
