Great gym to go lift some weights, if your goal is to ACTUALLY increase muscle mass then this gym is for you. If you would rather not sweat and then pat yourself on the back after accomplishing nothing then go join a fitness club like planet fitness. If you say things like, "I just wanna get toned" then do pushups at home and save your money. Pros: Lots of weights and a good weightlifting feel Cons: Not for the fitness type

For starters they keep changing the name. There is always equipment breaking down that doesn't get fixed. I've had different staff members tell me different things and this is because it seems like there is no real management. I when I signed up I told the owner how important the classes were and that was the only reason for changing from my old gym and I was assured that they never would cut the classes. One month later all the classes were cancelled and I was stuck in a year contract. After several months some classes have come back but you never know how long they will stay. I hate this gym so much that I'm now paying at a different gym I love and then this dump at the same time for a few more months.

I was a 12 year member to this gym before leaving in disgust. The equipment quality went steadily downhill during this time. Equipment was not maintained and broken equipment was ignored. New management took over the gym many times during my tenure. I know very few people that have not given up and gone elsewhere. Of the few remaining, they report the same equipment conditions. My departure occurred when a mailed membership renewel offer was ripped up in my face and a $75.00 processing fee was insisted upon. For what? To cash my check? I was a 12 year member, renewing in 2-year increments! No loyalty to existing clients. I reported this gym to the BBB, Renton Chamber of Commerce, Federal Trade Commission, and the Washington State Attorney Generals Office. The BBB was the only organization that was really equipped to get involved. Despite repeated attempts, the gym refused to respond to them.

The facility isn't that great at all and there isn't any room for stretching out. The customer service isn't that friendly and it seems really old and out of date.

I went here cause the gym I was going to went out of business and sold all their memberships to golds gym. When I started going here, I was treated like I wasnt one of their customers so I didnt get to enjoy the percs of the stuff they had, Well I did pay for a membership just not there! So everytime I went in there, It just looked like a bunch of steriod heads! There was no enjoyment in working out any more! It looked like a college hangout for steriod attacks.
