My wife took our new car here to get its first oil change and we definitely regret it. I've never had a bad experience at a Jiffy Lube before but these guys just don't know how to get basic stuff done right. After my wife got the oil changed, we noticed a leak on the garage floor. We took it back, and discovered they never put the cap back on the oil tank! Even after that, we still had a small leak for quite a while. Hopefully they did not do any damage but I say avoid this place at all costs.
