Bought an Infiniti G35 from Younker Nissan, Renton, recently. Even though I found comparable prices elsewhere, I bought it from this dealership believing it to be reputable. Before I bought the car, I was called once, twice, sometimes even three times a day - as is to be expected perhaps. However, once I bought the car, it has been, uh, not so pleasant. Four days after I bought the car, the battery ran out of juice. However, I noticed that the Check Engine Soon light came on. I called Younker Nissan to get it checked out. Even though the car was still under warranty, the sales manager told me that it was beyond the sale and asked me to take it to some Infiniti dealership. When I said that I bought it from a dealership to avoid such hassles, I was told that they would take care of bigger issues, but not minor ones.
I got tired of the conversation and finally, I took it to an Infiniti dealership where they fixed the issue - apparently, the air filter had been changed (presumably by Younker Nissan) and the computer code wasn't reset. The labor for this was priced at $149 + taxes, which the Infiniti dealership said my dealership would pay since it was obviously something they hadn't taken care of. Not obvious to Younker Nissan though. They basically insinuated I was lying by saying that I must have done something while I jumped the car. I talked to the owner, who was nice about it, but repeated what his sales guy told me. He said I got a good deal and therefore, they didn't want to throw away any more money. Finally, I called the Infiniti dealership and told them I was considering taking an extended warranty once mine ran out and they waived it.
The entire episode left a very bad taste and I would certainly not recommend it to anybody I know.

Bought a Rogue through their internet. Took 3 weeks to process. They kept screwing things up and never apologized or even acknowledged their errors. Problems too numerous to list here. Just an example, when I picked it up, they forgot to give me the trip ticket and the Certificate of Origin to process registration out of state. So I had to make a second 2 hour round trip back to pick them up. The supervisor who said he'd take care of it personally and to ask for him when I returned, wasn't even there when I came back at the designated time! I am a member of USAA, which offers financial services to military and their families including a car buying service. Though Younkers has agreed to participate in this service, they had no clue how to work with it and made no effort to be helpful. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, but especially any military or retired military. Very, very bad service and attitude.

Wanted to buy a new SUV and went to another (not to be named) Nissan dealer. It was awful - sales tactics that were just insulting - so I walked out.
I emailed the Younker internet team and the price was negotiated online and by phone, fairly and politely. I came in to sign the papers and was done in less than an hour.
A great car buying experience.

I bought a car 2 years ago, there was a full warranty on the car. When i had problems with it, some strange reason, they did not cover this in the warranty. Seems strange. I advice not to buy the warranty from younker. Oil changes with an appointment takes min. 1hour. (slow) ouch.

I had an appoinment in the AM to have some simple service performed-oil change and some other work. I figured that 3 hours would be more than enough time to do the required services, so imagine my suprise to find, when I returned, my Pathfinder had not even been moved from where I left it!
I was upset, to say the least, and asked why wasn't the service done. I didn't get a very satisfactory response from the service department and so I don't recommend this service department to anyone!

I took my truck to Younkers to have a diagnostic done because the emissions control light came on. After the diagnostic which cost me $90, they said the vent control valve needed replacement. They said the full repair would be $291. Since I have worked on my vehicles since I was 24, now I'm 50, I chose to replace the part myself. It was an easy fix, just remove the old part and put the new one in, very easy to get at. I bought the part at their parts counter for $114 plus tax. When I put the part into the truck the emissions control light didn't go out. When I phoned Younker's Nissan to ask why not they said my vehicle has to have the emission control light turned off by their computer. I brought the truck to Younker's to have the light turned off.. When I went to pick it up that night the light was still on and it cost me an additional $48. Now the total so far is: $253.00
When they showed me the report it specified that the vent control value was not working again. When I said that I replaced it, they said its another sensor further up the line. I asked them why the original diagnostic had not caught that? The Younker's service manager said that computer only catches the first sensor and that a mechanic has to manually test the other sensors. My question is why didn't he do that from the start, so then I could have replaced them as well or chosen for them to do the work. The service manager didn't have an answer for that.
What I'm trying to say here is that these guys did not fully diagnose the problem and now want me to pay more. You cant trust their work when it comes to fixing your vehicle.
