My experience with Renton Pediatrics is not very good. The doctors are nice and I think they are great, they spend time with you and answer all your questions. The bad is the staff. They are very unorganized and very disrespectful. They will give you appointment and just as you arrived their clinic they will just send you home and cancel the appointment because they ran out of vaccine, they don't bother to call you ahead of time to inform you of cancellation so you wasted your time and effort to bring your kids to their clinic for nothing. They did not even say sorry as if you're begging for their service. Also, the wait is too long. You will be there on time to keep your month long waited appointment, if you're late you lose your appointment so be there on time but...expect to wait more than 30 minutes before you actually see your doctor because really they don't value your time.
