I'm afraid I didn't have a baby, but I had a doctor with Women's Health Specialists and found they were very pleasant, competent and well organized. They also scheduled me into surgery a number of times. They have an emergency line that got you into a doctor, too, over the weekend which I used once and very much appreciated. Many mothers were in the office and they had a neat play area for children. They did ultrasounds in the office and general ob/gyn examinations. My doctor, Dr. Hunter, has since started her own business in Auburn so I go there now.

I have suffered from chronic headaches for years. The doctors at Chiropractic Wellness Centers/Wellness One of Newcastle were the best. They listened, they cared and I am headache free finally.
They suggested a multi faceted program including chiropractic care, massage, and nurtritional counseling. I would recommend all my friends and family to call for a consultation. I can't imagine how my life would be better if I had known of this clinic years ago. I now feel young again. Thank you.

I've always been happy with the service I get at this Walgreens Pharmacy. The drive-through is very important for me because I don't want to unpack my kid from the car just to run in, get a prescription, and run back out again. I am always able to talk to a Pharmacist whenever I have questions (though I do have to wait sometimes, as they are usually very busy).
The Walgreen's Pharmacy computers are very well linked- I was once closer to the downtown location and filled a prescription there without any problems. I've even heard of people who are easily able to take care of prescriptions at Walgreen's in other states when they're traveling (if Walgreen's can do that with their pharmacies across the country, why can't Blockbuster stores across town do that ?...but I digress...).
I love that I can have my doctor call-in a prescription so it's ready when I get there, and that I can easily refill online or by an automated phone system. The ONLY thing I don't like is that this location is not open 24 hrs... fortunately, the one downtown (on Rainier Ave.- near the Fred Meyer) is.

Dr Casidy delivered both my children and I loved her. She is very down to earth and reassures you when needed and smiles at you when you are being a bit crazy due to hormones! She is patient and always spends the time I needed to talk about my concerns. In the hospital, she was very calming while I was in labor and made the experience a calm and happy one. She does high risk deliveries too. Very trust able with important medical issues.

Dr. Craig T Arntz is a wonderful and skilled doctor. He specializes in orthopedic care/surgery (specializes in diseases affecting the rotator cuff, arthritis in the hand and wrist, and applying advanced arthroscopy techniques). Dr. Arntz has a great bedside manner, is compassionate, and willing to help you however possible. He is one of the top doctors in his field. His office accepts several types of insurance.

Well, eventually I'll be excited about using the Birth Center at Valley Medical Center. I've experienced both a C-section and a VBAC at the Birth Center and have liked the experience. They recently remodeled so that all the rooms are up-to-date in both technology and style. Each room has its own whirlpool tub, TV w/ DVD player, CD player, refridgerator, and other necessities. Meals were room-order style where I could order what I wanted to eat when I wanted to eat it. The only downfall? My hubby is a big guy and the guest bed wasn't too comfy. Nice staff, too!
PROS: Recently Remodeled with all the Perks; Nice Staff
CONS: Guest Bed in Birthing Center not too Comfortable

We have been seeing Dr. Gerry Rosellini for over a decade and even though it takes us almost 45 minutes to get down to Valley Medical Center, we just love how we are treated by the staff of the center. Located in the same lot as the Hospital, parking can be cramped. Dr. Rosellini is knowledgeable and caring and that is why our family is goes all the way down to Renton. They are like family. If you live in the Renton area I highly recommend Valley Family Care.

While most clubs require you to pay an initiation fee on the top of your other dues, this club has a month to month option, enabling you to skip the iniation fees. Because it is affiliated with the hospital, there are also specials available for senior citizens. The club has a lap pool, an aerobics room, basketball court, and two rooms with bikes/elliptical machines,treadmills. They also have weights, a steam room, and a locker room. For those who join, you can take classes for free in Pilates, aerobics, spinning, etc. The hours are not as good as other clubs. They are not open on Sunday and close before 11 at night during the week. Overall, though, it is good value for what you pay.
