I bought a used Honda Passport from this dealership. I have no use in my life for Liars and that's exactly what Renton Honda is. All they do is lie to get you into a car. I couldn't afford the monthly payment that they quoted to me. So they said that they could consolidate some of my other bills into this payment so that I could afford it. I unfortunately bit the bait and bought the car. So I ended up with a payment of over $400.00 dollars a month. Then they didn't even consolidate the bills that they said that they would. When I called them to ask about this I kept getting transferred to a voice mail and never got a call back after leaving a message threatening them that I was going to contact my attorney. The phone call resulted in the dealership telling me that we had taken the part of consolidating the bills was taken out of the deal and that I had agreed to that. I couldn't afford that why in heavens name would I ever agree to that??? They also sold me this car with bald tires! Which I had to fight and argue with them to get them to give me new tires. I ended up splitting it and they gave me only two new tires and I had to buy two new tires which was another hit to my bank account the I really couldn't afford right then. I will never and I mean never ever step foot on the property of Renton Honda again. I tell anyone and everyone that I have contact with to never go to this Lying dealership.

I took my '03 Accord in for a recall notice I got in the mail. The service guy told me 3 hours, I told him 2 was all I could do since I had my 3 year old with me. He had it done in an hour and a half and was polite and professional.
I spoke with a sales guy while waiting. I told him I wasn't going to buy today, but wanted to do some research. He pulled the vehicle I was looking at around front and showed me all the options. He knew I wasn't likely to buy that day, if at all. Had a very good experience overall. I'll likely go back there when/if I buy.

I bought a CR-V yesterday and got a great deal. But not without spending 5 hours dealing with high pressure tactics, tag-teaming sales personnel, and surprise fees and interest rates.
I got an internet quote using a fake name and brought that into the dealership. The sales man tried to offer me the car at almost $5000 over MSRP and was surprised and seemingly angry when he saw the e-quote. He had to honor it so then tried to force me to buy the security system that was already installed. I said no to that and he acted like he no longer wanted to sell me the car. I kept bargaining and he apparently got frustrated and turned me over to his sales manager.
The sales manager tried to hustle me some more but ended up giving me the car at invoice (without the security system) and also throwing in a free leather steering wheel, wheel locks, and mud flaps.
Then I had to argue to get the 1.9% / 3.9% financing they are offering. I have excellent credit but he claimed the low APR only applied when the dealership was making a profit on the deal. I eventually got it after much arguing. I also had to argue to get a fair trade-in value and avoid buying their service plan.
I was at the dealership for 5 hours and they acted like I was stealing from their kids or something when I was only trying to get a car at FAIR value. I eventually got the deal I wanted and they were NOT happy about it.

We have now purchased two Hondas from Renton Honda--first an Odyssy and recently a Pilot. Our experience was very positive for a car dealer. We never felt pressured into our purchase.
Since then, when we've needed service, we've always been pleased with the work performed, and the timeliness in dealing with whatever issue is at hand.
Buying a car is generally not a pleasant experience, but at Renton Honda this simply was not the case. I would recommend them, and will shop there again!

Internet sales told us 4 times they'd get us the price for what we wanted, we got dragged all the way up there and the guy who said he had an appointment with us wasnt even there. They claimed to be able to get people a better value for Low money. we got there, and they told us we could only get into a civic (we had great credit and could get into whatever we wanted), we decided to get the civic, he told us pay 2000 down right now and fill out the paperwork tomorrow, and he'd let us take the car home. we thought that was weird and didn't do it! The next day, we called asking for what we originally came for, they didnt want to give it to us. Then when we realized he never told us our interest rate or the monthly term, we asked, and he said it was 9 PERCENT FOR 96 MONTHS! He lied and told us the civic we were getting into would be only 17 grand, and low payments!! and never did answer questions straight forward... claimed they didn't know what the internet department was saying or the managers. the total after we would be done would be over 25 grand!!! He had the NERVE to say he told us that... HE NEVER DID. SORRY WOULD HAVE REMEMBERED THAT ONE. THEY LIE! STAY FAR FAR AR AWAY! VERY TRICKY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!
p.s. stay away from SEAN NEJAD ! he's VERY tricky AND very DISHONEST!

Years ago when I went there for oil and filter change, the service writters (with long white dresses, look like nurses) gave me a long list of things that need to be repaired worth thousands of dollars. They told me that almost of everything in the car need to be repaired.
One time my wife and I stopped there for a test drive, when we returned to the office, the sale man asked us to fill down a financial form even when we did not have an agreement in the price of the vehicle. What a pushy saleman?

First time buying a new car. We bought a Honda CRV from there, the lady in the financial office will give you a dire picture of interest rates and will sell you the service contract.
We thought that the car has only one year manufacturer warranty, atleast she made us think that way and sold us the service contract.
It was a pain to take that out later. Then we left the car yesterday for the paint sealant that was bought during our purchase, when I went to pick it up, there was a big scratch at the rear of the car. What a mess!! And to think that they thought it was there before. My god!! Don't choose this honda dealer at all.
