Made the mistake of calling these guys for a quote. Gave me a price that was higher than everybody else who re-sells ADT. I told them they were too high and I was going to think about it....they asked "what can we do to get your business. My polite response was "lower your installation price from $199 to something more competitive". The "manager" on the phone got upset, called me an a$$hO*& and hung up. If this is how they treat people while trying to sell them, how do they treat people after the sale??? Pros: None Cons: Rude and nasty salespeople

I had a hard time trying to find a security company that made me feel really comfortable. Gaylord was personable, and patient when it came to figuring out what was needed in my home for optimal protection. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking in to getting an alarm system in their home. Its easier to get a complain than it is to get a compliment, but theyve earned one. I felt it was the most i could do to thank them for the wonderful service ive gotten with them. -A very secure neighbor. Pros: Accomodating/Friendly/Helpful Cons: No one is in the office over the weekend.
