I had a hard time trying to find a security company that made me feel really comfortable. Gaylord was personable, and patient when it came to figuring out what was needed in my home for optimal protection. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking in to getting an alarm system in their home. Its easier to get a complain than it is to get a compliment, but theyve earned one. I felt it was the most i could do to thank them for the wonderful service ive gotten with them.
-A very secure neighbor.
Pros: Accomodating/Friendly/Helpful
Cons: No one is in the office over the weekend.

Mindy was exceptional at helping me select fabrics based on MY designing needs. She has 20+ years as an interior designer and is really friendly at helping me make decisions based on room layouts,etc. She also saved me tons of money by helping me stay within my budget and NEVER made me fee uncomfortable sharing my concerns when budgeting for the project. I will definately use American and Mindy again!

Robert was an absolute joy to work with. In addition to be being very knowledgeable he is very easy to work with and responsive. He showed up on time and produced the drawings/architecture plans on time. He proposed ideas that helped save me money. His prices were very competitive. And he proposed creative solutions for my complex project. Additionally he went above the call of duty and did some things I wouldn't expect from an architect. I know this may sound too good to be true but I can say with absolute honesty that it is. And I am happy to talk to anyone who would want more information on my project and my experience working with him.
