Stay away from this dealership. My story of utter hell with my used car is very long. I beg for a week to take my car back after buying it. Vital engine and safety components where missing from my car. They have broken several state laws including emissions laws, Dealer Licensing Regulations, WA Implied Warranty of Merchantability on used cars.
In the 15 months I've owned the car it has sat in their shop for 3 months due to repairs.
List of missing parts at the time of purchase: Middle seat belt, Parts for the air intake, Mass Air flow Senor, Heat Shield, hood prop, grommets for the hood.
Bad parts at the time of purchase: Clutch, 1 and 2 Gear syncos, piston rings, turbo, 02 senors. The driver’s side fog light, parking light and turn single where burnt out.
I also discovered my front bumper was being held together by duck tape, bondo and screws.
They have worked with me on some of the issues but it took me two months of complaining to get there but according to the law they should have never been able to sell me the car in the condition it was in and they are responsible for the repairs of all major problems including safety issues.

The sales team was very shady and lied about what they had on the lot. My mom drive from Port Angeles because they said they had something they didn't. The service dept charges for Everything! and is unreasonably rude. I bought my Subaru in Auburn(Awesome guys! Would go back every time- recommend) and they get me in and out quickly usually for cheap/free.

We were there to trade in a leased car, one we leased from them. We were a month early on the lease, so were just looking. Got the same salesman from before, one we referred friends to (never saw the birddog for those). They said we were upside down and would have to add the difference to the new car, something like $5,000. We ended up getting the car we wanted at Tacoma Subaru for $7,000 less than Walkers and none of the frustration.

"I bought a used 2001 Subaru Outback here in 2005 and it was a huge mistake. I have spent the past four years throwing good money after bad. My mistake was not taking the car to an independent mechanic for a thorough inspection. Their mistake was pressing me with a hard sell on a car with a beautiful body and a host of mechanical problems, including leaky head gaskets. This is a known issue with 2001 Subaru Outbacks and it was already manifesting enough that they would have known about it.
This was the worst purchase of my life. Maybe you can learn from my mistake: Don't trust this dealer and always take a used car to someone you *do* trust to have it checked out."

I thought it couldn't get any worse after my horrible experience at Chaplin's Subaru. I was wrong. The salesman deliberately lied to me several times, and after hours there my husband and I finally got a decent deal. However, when I went to sign the paperwork, all the numbers changed. The finance manager called me a liar, and tried to argue with me. That was it-I took off and left, and purchased at Eastside Subaru, where I had a great experience.

If you are looking for the full "used car salesman" experience you at the right place. We showed up with full intentions of buying a used Subaru, intentionally they were quit helpful but when it came to making a deal things went down hill fast. After back and forth with the manager we had finally agreed on a price that would work for all of us, we thought. They wanted us to sign a sales agreement but weren't able to tell us exactly what the car was going to cost or if they were going to fix the stuff that we had agreed needed fixing. To make a long story short we walked out frustrated and humiliated after getting into a yelling match with the manager. To top it they called us the next day to ask if we were still interested.
