We went to Big O Tires because we needed new tires for our Mazda and found a coupon that we could use to save us some money. They gave us great customer service, they even found a better coupon than the one that we had to save us even more money! They installed our tires very quickly and gave us free popcorn! Overall a very pleasant shopping experience, I highly recommend.

We all know that dealership repairs are slightly more expensive but if you go, it is to get the most premium service. But not Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota. Bob Bridge Toyota does not employ service people who think out of the box, or that will go the extra mile. Don't go there, go to someone you can trust and rely on. Sean at Bob Bridge Toyota would not allow a thorough inspection of why my 2 year old Toyota Camry was using up all its oil well in advance of the regular oil change time frame. He had absolutely no customer service skills and not at all accommodating. From check-in to check-out he did not provide any options, did not seem empathetic to my situation, did not offer any other remedies they could take to investigate why my oil keeps running low. He's a man that reads you the guideline of what it says in the Toyota repair manual and has the “that’s your tough luck” attitude. AND my vehicle is still under warranty. So I definitely will be going else where. I feel sad for them.
Pros: Won't fix your car!
Cons: Won't think out the box to help!

I bought my previous Toyota Camry from Bob Bridge. I got a great salesperson, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I traded that Toyota in for my Toyota Previa minivan that I have now, because my family grew. If you are a Previa owner, you know exactly how weird and backwards these bizarre, incredible vehicles are! Ancient Japanese secret!
Bob Bridge's service department is absolutely fantastic...when I had questions or a lightbulb went out, they would do it for free (after I bought the $1 part). All I had to do was drive my car/van into the service bay and someone was always there to help me out.
I had to have my entire front differential replaced (standard on AWD Previas over 100k), and even though it was expensive ($2400), I got fantastic service, Toyota first market parts straight from Japan, a guarantee on the work, quick, friendly service and a fun free loaner car for a week. When you have a repair this big on such a weird (but oh so very reliable and inexpensive to maintain workhorse) van, it's worth it to get it done right.
I live in another city now, but I'd for sure travel back here to buy my next Toyota if my beloved Previa ever poops out (doubtful) or my partner finally splurges on my dream car like he promises, a land cruiser! Toyotas rule!
