I have taken my cars to Fairwood Auto Service Center every time since moving to Fairwood. I have always been a bit reluctant with repair shops wondering of you are getting gouged, ripped off or lied to but I have complete trust in this shop. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Every time I have taken my car to this shop they typically have it done the same day and in some rare occasions the next day without an appointment. They assist when possible to pay less by finding alternatives to situations. This is one great and trustworthy shop

My husband and I have been going to this shop for about 5 years and I have been completely satisfied with my experience. I used to take my car to a dealership, where they consistently wanted to wring money out of me, but at Kings I've always experienced honesty, and good service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for all types of auto repair. The only down side is that there is no loaner car.

I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process when I purchased my vehicle, and now I'm even happier than before. I bought my car over 2 years ago from them and a mileage problem came up on the CarFax report when I tried to trade it in at another dealership. The guys down at Good found out that mine was the actual vehicle (thank god) and that there was a fraud out there with the same VIN as mine. Needless to say they got the job done and got the other state to fix their records and now the CarFax report is correct!
I'm thankful to say that the boys at good did a great job before and after the sale!
Pros: great customer service, worked hard on my problem

I had some body work done here after my car was in an accident and they did a good job on it. They took care of all the insurance stuff so that we didn't have to pay anything up front. They even worked out the rental car so that we could leave it at Ford rather than drive it back to the Rental Agency.

I have been loyal to this auto shop since I bought my first new SUV and that's been almost 10 yrs. They are honest and if you tell them your on a budget they will let you know ahead of time if the repair cost will be more than you can afford. I know this because I am always on a budget.. They are honest and down to earth guys who respect everyone's concerns about their car. I like that they send out reminders of when my car's oil need to be change, cause I'm always forgetting those simple things.. Keep up the great work guys... !!!
