I bought my Honda secondhand. The previous owner had always taken it to Kirkland Honda. I had heard poor feedback from Kirkland Honda though and more positive feedback about Renton Honda. I was very pleased - they are always professional and never tell me I need more work to the car than is needed. Once, due to miscommunication, hen kept me waiting during one of my oil changes. I didn't even have to complain, they were so upset they gave me the oil change for free.

I did not need to be anywhere near this dealership to fix up an appointment for service. I was sitting miles away, and this was the first thing I did on getting up. I didn’t even have to wait till the shop opened; the website facilitates this wonderful option, whereby I could do all this with just a few clicks of the mouse! I think this is what an online dealership has to be –bring what we need at the actual dealership to its website. Renton Honda has thoroughly succeeded in this.”
