They were able to see me right away-they only charged me for an hour but it took more like 1 1/2 hours. repairs would have been more than the value of the car, so they gave me an honest evaluation and some alternatives that I might want to try-instead of just going for the money-they went for getting a return customer and recommendations-thanks

I attempted to have my car repaired there once. After going through the trouble of getting my car there and waiting all day for news of progress, they called me to say that I need to pick up my car because the fix would require a tool they didn't have and they weren't going to order it just for me. They just didn't care. \r
So I took my car down the street to another shop, that not only fixed it, BUT CHARGED ME HALF THE PRICE JEFF'S QUOTED ME! That shop that is use now if North Renton Automotive, and I plug this shop because they have treated me so well. After every repair that NRA has done for me, I call Jeff's for an estimate of the same work and Jeff;s is ALWAYS TWICE AS MUCH!!! I have personally referred three people to NRA and all of them were VERY happy with their experience and especially

STAY AWAY from the shop any way you can. My car broke down a couple of days ago due to a failed ignition coil. They charged me over $100 for the labor, and $240 for the replace ignition coil. The similar ignition coil is sold in NAPA auto parts for only $86, and never above $100 in any other places I check. These guys charged almost 2.5 times as much. That's way too excessive. I know I will never go back there myself! You probably should not either.

I was prepared to spend over $900 to replace the clutch in my truck. I called Erik for an estimate and he suggested that I have them look at the truck to make sure that I needed a new clutch. In short I did not need a new clutch. He got me back on the road for half of what I was expecting to spend to fix my truck.

I was leaving to drive to California in a day and I pulled into Jeff's Auto Repair in Windermere because there was something wrong with my fuel pipe and I didn't want to risk taking the long trip. Forest, their service manager, was great he examined the problem took care of it and even checked out the whole car. They were able to get it done in one day and off I went. I also have to say they have any great food mart, while I was waiting for my car I noticed the excellent selection of wine they offer for sale. What a great idea - one stop shop!

WOW!! I normally have my car serviced in Seattle, however I work in Renton. I decided to leave my car at Jeff's Auto Repair and have them do the necessary maintenance while I was at work. They took the time to shuttle me back to the office and then update me every step of the way while they performed their work. I was also impressed how they could easily aquire all of the information about what had been repaired or maintained on my car from the Seattle location. I'll always trust my car to Jeff's Auto Repair...!! I am now going to try their Jeff's Auto Salon in Seattle to see how they wash cars :) I am a 100% satisfied customer.. just as they promised. Thank you.
