All the positive reviews are true! I'm so glad I've found this place. I've brought them both, higher end designer items as well as everyday wear for tailoring, and everything comes back beautifully. I would trust them with any garment. Their prices are reasonable and affordable, and I've begun to feel like I have a new wardrobe. Oh, and get this, the service is fantastic too! The owner seems to almost always be present and is really friendly. I haven't felt so comfortable at an establishment since I lived in a small town. Plaza's in a great location, and parking's a snap. I highly recommend them. Pros: Quality work, friendly, reasonable prices! Cons: Can't think of one!

Plaza Cleaners really wants their customers to be happy. They provide timely, friendly service and reasonable prices, and they stand behind their work. I especially like that the owner (Kay) greets me by name when I walk in the door. I like to support family operated businesses, and Plaza Cleaners has been in business for so long because they do good work. Travel one block behind the Fairwood shopping center--it's worth it!

I live in the Fairwood area and have used Plaza Cleaners for 8 years. After unfavorable experiences with other cleaners in the area, I won't use anyone but Plaza Cleaners for dry cleaning or alterations. The staff is extremely friendly (especially Kay and Sharon) and the service is outstanding and timely. Being a sweet tooth, they even stock a candy bowl with my favorites and treat me each time I stop by. I highly recommend Plaza Cleaners!
