Rics Furniture Warehouse

I've always received excellent customer service at Ric's (often from Ric himself). They have a great selection of quality stuff at reasonable prices, plus they can order practically anything for you. As for the atmosphere, it's a warehouse-type store designed to keep prices low - duh! more

I really am not impressed with Ric's furniture warehouse. Their store is not set up in an appealing way at all and you feel like you have to climb over things to see what you want. The floors are dirty and there are hardly any employees working. When you do want help the people aren't very helpful. I have only bought a lamp there which works fine, but I can't imagine that their products are very good quality when it comes to the lowness of the prices. If I have to spend a lot of money, I wll definitely go somewhere that I can count on quality. more

Rics furniture warehouse is the biggest furniture shopping disappointment I have ever experienced. Their prices are incredible, but their products are, for the most part, complete crap. I purchased a couch at Ric's about 6 years ago and by the end of year 5 it was worn, thin, flattened out and uncomfortable. Chalking it up to raising two children and lots of use, we passed the couch on to a used furniture store and purchased a much nicer couch from Ric's. We got the loveseat and couch as a set for $885, and paid an additional $40 for delivery through a third party. The couch began to fall apart within the first month of purchasing it. The fabric has not been properly sewn together and unravels at the seems. Both the couch and loveseat are in bad shape and we have owned the set barely more than 1 year. When I called Ric's the would not help me because I did not have my original reciept. There is no manufacturer listed on the couch, so I am completely without recourse. Aside from the poor quality of the products, it is immensely difficult to find a sales person in the store, they do not provide delivery and their selection is limited to what they have on hand, in th fabrics they have on hand. What a disappointment! more

Ric's Furniture has an enormous amount of furniture including mattresses, bed frames, end tables, cabinets, entertainment centers, matching bureau sets, dining room sets, sofas, couches, loveseats, lamps, desks and more! I am in love with some of the items they have there, like a breakfast table set that sits high and is modernly designed out of cherry wood. I also like the dealer's table they carry that has covers for blackjack, roulette and craps. The prices were inexpensive and the reason why is probably because they don't fret over the placing of the items in strategic places with dim lighting, etc. It's easy to shop there, look by rows and admire the selection. more
