Excellent flowers and customer service they go the extra mile and do very professional work. #1 on my list. they did a funeral arrangement for me on short notice. the arrangement was fresh and perfect and the service from them was beyond expectation. This floral shop has been in Reno for many years. They have developed a reputation of being a quality florist with reasonablly priced floral arrangements. Their store also has a wide variety of collectibles and unique planters that customers can either add a plant to or have fresh flowers arranged in them to add your personal touch to a floral arrangement. I I have called an order in to this shop on several occasions and the phone has always been answered in a professional, warm manner. When I personally go to the store, I receive the same attention and helpful assistance from the staff members.
